樂山娘店名的由來，原意是來自北海道的原住民(愛奴族)！札幌位於日本最寒冷的北方，拉麵源自中國所以拉麵是中國與日本創造出二十世紀的大遺產.也是中日兩國的 B 級美食之一. 從北海道越過津輕海峽。到日本本土在當時也很風靡全日本，引進台灣，而以どさん娘樂山娘命名，也是台灣業界拉麵的第一家正統日本拉麵。也是台灣的創始者。道道地地的日本風味,讓在台日本人回味到家鄉口味.也讓台灣全國同胞及異地的外人可在本土吃到正宗的日本拉麵及家庭和風料理.一開始都是駐在台灣的日商口耳相傳, 漸漸地也傳入我們台灣耳裡,名聲也就因此傳開來,樂山娘命名的日本拉麵就此誕生了在二十多年的日子.日籍老闆仍不定期研發新口味.來滿足各位對樂山娘肯定的忠誠顧客.不吝批評指教讓樂山娘慢慢成長。
Our restaurant's name “Dosanko” is derived from the Ainu people, original inhabitants of Hokkaido, and also “Sapporo”, the northernmost part Japan Dosanko Sapporo Ramen Restaurant, just like the origin of its name, hopes to provide traditional Japanese cuisine at its best. It was first spread by word of mouth among our Japanese customers and it soon began to circulate among the Taiwanese, thus our ramen restaurant gained recognition in Taiwan .
